Every industry around the world has one thing in common: competition. How you distinguish yourself from your competition is the way in which you’re able to show off the look and usability of your products.
We work hard to ensure that when you use us, your products stand out in a crowded marketplace and perform to an advanced technical level. And we won’t keep you waiting while we do it. Our state-of-the art facilities produce fast prototypes and our conversion machinery ensures that you are never kept waiting long to see your new designs in action.
Our facilities incorporate a state-of-the-art cleanroom producing packaging designed to meet medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers’ most rigorous packaging requirements. The ISO Class 7 cleanroom facility is currently being certified to ISO 13485:2016 and manufactures a wide range of medical packaging solutions.
Our sister company TEQ has a significant position and vast experience in the manufacture of precision made custom thermoformed medical and pharmaceutical packaging in the US, enabling us to offer supply to both European and global customers.
Under the brand name Fibrepak we manufacture custom designed moulded fibre packaging with a paper smooth surface. Products are kerbside recyclable with mixed paper and will compost if required.
We use the latest 'Cure-In-The-Mould' technology to produce the highest quality, most well defined fibre packaging available. Products differ from traditional moulded pulp packaging in a number of ways. They have a high tolerance that allows accurate registration to ensure a consistent fit. It also allows for thin walls to have precisely trimmed edges, for defined hinges and a smooth premium finish.
Primary source materials for our fibre products are renewable virgin wood fibres sourced from locally managed forests with full chain of custody certification.
Our custom thermoformed handling parts can be used for multiple applications from disposable trays for packing and shipping to re-usable trays and in-house handling processes. They can be as simple as an open cavity 1-cell tray to hold a specific product, to a multi-cavity tray holding multiple products. Our handling trays are stackable and easy to load and unload. Anti-static and ESD protection can be used to protect expensive electronic equipment or can be used for transporting manufactured components within a facility.
We produce component handling parts that are used across a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Medical, Military, Industrial & Consumer Products.
